Location: Marie Maday Theater in Lyons Hall at 2044 Main St., Buffalo, NY (across from the main Canisius College campus and next to Mt. St. Joseph Academy)

Canisius College is happy to invite you to a presentation by Dovie Thomason, a Lakota/Kiowa-Apache story teller, on Feb. 22 at 7:30 P.M. Ms. Thomason uses animal and other stories she has learned from her ancestors and other Indian traditions to teach about Indian culture, customs and traditions to audiences throughout the United States and in Europe. She has performed at the National Museum of the American Indian, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, on television and radio, and is currently performing in England.
The presentation will be held in the Marie Maday Theater in Lyons Hall at 2044 Main St., Buffalo, NY (across from the main Canisius College campus and next to Mt. St. Joseph Academy). It is free and open to the public. Children are especially welcome.
