The UB Institute of Research and Education on Women and Gender concludes its 10th Women's International Film Festival this Thursday, March 2nd,at 7pm at the Market Arcade Film & Arts Centre downtown with "Born in Frames: 10 for 10," 10 original short films by 10 women Western New York filmmakers in celebration of our 10th anniversary season.
