A daylong meeting organized as the first step in addressing issues women ages 21-30 face in Erie County. The event inclues presentations by business and entertainment leaders and UB professors on women's empowerment in practice. The panels will also include sessions on money management, networking, careers, women's health and sexuality, self-defense, diversity, and creative expression.
