In partnership with the Humanities Institute, author and activist Sarah Schulman will give a brief history of the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power, its influence on policy, a tour through the ACT UP Oral History Project, and show a trailer for the feature documentary in progress.

Dr. Sue V. Rosser is Dean, Ivan Allen College; and Professor, School of History, Technology, and Society Georgia Institute of Technology.  Dr. Rosser is a leader in national efforts to advance women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. She will speak on the challenges women face as faculty and academic researchers in the academy and the need for institutional transformation.
